Real estate & Digital: call for an essential evolution in commercial real estate (held in French only)

Many markets have experienced major disruptions in recent years. Digital technology has shaken traditional schemes and the development of new business models that have revolutionized parts of the economy. The commercial real estate market deals with more than 3 million companies in France, at least 45 billion euros in annual rent, and the way the business operates has not changed for the past 30 years. In January 2019, Blaise HEURTEUX, founder of HBS-Research (pioneer in property data) launched a debate on the impact of digital on real estate through a series of LinkedIn articles. Blaise will go through the various comments received during this campaign and he will continue the discussion with property professionals, tenants, investors, brokers or marketers.
